This exciting addition to the Alpha Legal feature-set makes Alpha Legal an even better, simpler and more cost-effective tool for estate agents, accountants and solicitors nationwide. It is ideal for businesses and advisors without their own ID verification service or provider.
Securely request ID documents from your client and, if you choose, verify them via
TrustID
- all within Alpha Legal.
The process is really easy:
- Use Alpha Legal's Forms & Messaging to send an ID Document request to your client.
- They use their phone and Alpha Legal's simple form to send the documents back to you.
- When you are happy with the documents you have received, export to TrustID.
You will receive an email notification that the TrustID report is ready, and you can then access it from the Documents section in Alpha Legal. Easy, safe and secure.
