Meet the Meeting Planner


Getting people together for a meeting can be quite a headache, especially if you need to find a time that suits a lot of busy people, but with the Meeting Planner you can easily organise that meeting between your contacts.


To propose a meeting from the Meeting Planner you simply suggest possible times to the required attendees. They receive an email with a link to the response page where they can indicate whether or not they can make the suggested times by clicking ticks or crosses. All required attendees can see the responses, making it clear whether some rescheduling of diary appointments will help make that meeting happen.



When everyone has indicated their choices, the first timeslot that all attendees can make is automatically added to the calendar and a confirmation email is sent. The Meeting Planner is even clever enough to know when you have offered the same timeslot for more than one meeting - when one of these meetings is confirmed, the timeslot is removed as a choice from the others.


If no agreement is reached on the timeslot, the organiser is emailed to suggest alternative dates. Easy!
